Tampereen Taiteilijaseura vuokraa asuin- ja työskentelytilaa vieraileville taiteilijoille ja kuraattoreille Takahuhdin Taidekeskuksesta (Kirjavaisenkatu 17, Tampere). Rakennuksen omistaa Tampereen kaupunki.
Vuokrahinnat vuodesta 2024 eteenpäin: asunnolle ja ateljeelle yhteensä : 480 €/kk (1 henkilö) ja 520 €/kk (2-3 henkilöä), 300 €/2 viikkoa. Varausmaksu 100 € laskutetaan heti varauksen jälkeen 1 kk tai sitä pidemmistä vuokra-ajoista. Peruutustapauksessa varausmaksua ei palauteta.
Työtila käsittää vajaat 40 m2 valoisaa tilaa, jossa on työpäytä ja maalausteline. Asunnossa on kolme huonetilaa. Hallin yhteydessä olevassa alkovissa on parisänky ja kaappitilaa. Hallin yhteydessä on myös wc. Erillisessä makuuhuoneessa on yhden hengen sänky ja työpöytä. Keittiössä on ruokapöytä ja tuolit, astiakaappi ja tiskiallas, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja astioita. Suihku sijaitsee residenssin ulkopuolella samassa rakennuksessa. Vuokraan sisältyy langaton nettiyhteys.
Tampere Artists’ Association rents accommodation and work facilities for visiting artists at Takahuhti Artcenter (address: Kirjavaisenkatu 17, Tampere), about 5 km to the east of Tampere city center. Takahuhti Artcenter houses also work and storage spaces for twenty professional artists of Tampere Artists’ Association.
The work studio is a spacious and airy 40 sqms of open space with a table and an easel. Living quarters contain three rooms. One room is an open hallway with an alcove with a double bed and a closet. Entry to toilet is from this room. One room is a bedroom with a single bed. Separate kitchen is with a table and chairs, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, coffeemaker, electric kettle and dishes. Shower room is elsewhere in the building. The rental includes wireless internet access.
Rent (from 2024 onwards) for the studio and apartment together: 480 €/month (1 person) and 520 €/month (2-3 people), 300 €/2 weeks. A reservation fee of 100 € will be invoiced after the reservation of renting periods of one month or more. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Tampereen kaupungin bussilinjoilla 6, 28, 38, 90 (Pysäkki ”Irjalankatu”) ja linjalla 29 (Pysäkki ”Luhtaankatu”) pääsee keskustasta Takahuhtiin lähelle taiteilijaresidenssiä. Ratikkalinja 1 + vaihto bussiin 16 vie lähimmäksi Taidekeskusta (päätepysäkki, Taidekeskus 200 m päässä). Ratikkalinja 1 + vaihto bussiin 17 tai 18 vie pysäkille ”Irjalankatu” Tarkemmat aikataulut löydät Tampereen joukkoliikenteen reittioppaasta.
The bus lines 6, 28, 29, 38 and 90 from the centre stop within 500 meters from the residence (bus stop ”Irjalankatu”). Tramline 1 + change into bus 16 brings you closest to the residence.
