The workshop spaces at Mältinranta Art Centre are rented to artists for work. Some of the spaces can also be rented for corporate or private events.
Tampere Artists’ Association also manages three studio buildings, which are intended for longer-term work by members of the association. Takahuhti Art Centre and the Hälläpyöränkatu studio building also have apartments for visual artists.
Takahuhti Art Centre (Kirjavaisenkatu 17, Tampere) has a residency, which is intended for use by visual artists. The Art Centre also has a project space.

Mältinranta Art Centre workspaces
Mältinranta Art Centre has 600 square metres of workshop space for visual artists to use. In addition to members of the Tampere Artists’ Association, the spaces can also be used by other professional visual artists. Those renting the spaces for a longer period of time will receive a key that allows them to work at any time. Those renting the spaces for a shorter period of time can work on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
Graphic arts spaces / metal workshop
– Graphic arts methods: water-soluble and solvent-based serigraphy, woodcut, lithography and metal graphics.
– Metal workshop with MIG welder, vices, welding and metal workbenches, metal band saw and pillar drill. Gas usage is charged according to consumption.
