The Art Lending Service offers its clients an easy way to acquire high-quality art for rent or to be purchased by instalments. By paying monthly instalments the client can keep the rented work as long as he/she wants. When the price of the work has been paid in full (with no interest added), the work becomes the property of the client. Should the client wish to purchase the work in the middle of the lending period, the instalments already paid as rent will be deducted from the selling price. The Art Lending Service works also as a sales collection. Unframed prints and drawings are only for sale, but with the same terms of payment as the works in the Art Lending Service.
The monthly instalments depend on the price of the artwork.
Price / Instalment:
1–200 € / 10 €
201–700 € / 20 €
701–1000 € / 30 €
1001–1500 € / 40 €
1501–1800 € / 50 €
1801– / upon agreement (the maximum payment period is 3 years)
All the artworks presented in the Art Lending Service are by the memeber artists of Tampere Artists’ Association which represents professional visual artists. The Art Lending service has prints, paintings, drawings, photographs and scuptures in its collection.
The Art Lending Service is open every day:
Mon–Thu at 12–18 and Fri–Sun at 12–16.
